What is an active user?
An active user is a learner who sends at least 3 messages to any of your chatbots during a billing period.
- A learner who asks 1-2 questions is not billed
- Each learner is counted once, regardless of how many chatbots they use

Is there a free trial?
You can create an account and use all features for free. Build chatbots, upload content, and test everything. You only need a payment method when you're ready to deploy to your LMS and have learners use it.
When am I charged?
You're billed monthly on your account anniversary date. The invoice reflects the number of active users from the previous billing period.
What if a learner uses multiple chatbots?
Each learner is counted only once per billing period, regardless of how many of your chatbots they interact with.
Can I set a user limit?
Yes. You can set a monthly user cap in your billing settings to control costs. New learners will be blocked once the limit is reached.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
