How do I get started with Criterium?
Simply create a free account, upload your course materials, and configure your chatbot. You can try every feature without a payment method, add one when you're ready to deploy to your LMS.
Which LMS platforms are supported?
Criterium works with any LMS that supports LTI 1.3, including Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, and many more.
How is billing calculated?
You pay EUR 5 per active user per month. An active user is a learner who sends at least 3 messages to your chatbots during the billing period. Creating and testing chatbots is free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We are GDPR compliant, host data in the EU, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and enforce full tenant isolation. Your content is never used to train AI models.
