How do I get started with Criterium?
Simply create a free account, upload your course materials, and configure your chatbot. You can test all features without a payment method. Add a payment method when you're ready to deploy to your LMS.
Which LMS platforms are supported?
Criterium supports any LMS with LTI 1.3 integration, including Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, and many others.
How is billing calculated?
You pay 5 EUR per active user per month. An active user is a learner who sends at least 3 messages to your chatbots during the billing period. Creating and testing chatbots is free.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We're GDPR compliant, host data in the EU, use encryption in transit and at rest, and maintain complete tenant isolation. Your content is never used to train AI models.
